Description: Blue Water Baltimore held a storm drain stenciling session/training. In this workshop, we learned how to teach our group about the consequences of storm runoff and all it carries to our waterways. We reviewed storm drain art and learned how to run our own storm drain art project. After the workshop, we were able to rent a storm drain stencil kit, once our drain locations were approved by Baltimore Public Works.
